Hello everybody and welcome to my blog!

My name is Eva and I was born in Ourense, Spain, in 1986. I got my Degree in Business Sciences in summer 2008 at University of Vigo and nowadays I am finishing my Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration (hopefully I will be graduated next summer).

I love travelling. When I finished high school, I decided to go into an Interrail trip with 3 of my friends. That unforgettable trip made me anxious to know more about Europe beyond Spain and was a key factor in order to choose a country for my Erasmus placement: Finland.

I landed in Finland in August 2008 as an exchange student in Laurea University of Applied Sciences. That’s how this blog began, trying to explain some of the unique experiences during my Erasmus life. But twists of fate wanted me not to leave Finland. Nowadays I am a research trainee in Laurea, working for the Open Innovation Banking System project and facing the country from the employee’s point of view. I have been learning a lot about Finland, its inhabitants and its culture, and although if it seems that this site has become a blog about Finland, the fact is that this blog is just a place to share my thoughts and opinions in many subjects.
